They are literally a family tradition with us. : ) They are understanding and helpful. Over the years they have helped my family and with Auto, Home, and Life insurance. They are very good and helpful with finances also! They are like a special ops team. They take care of our problems so quickly, it becomes easy to forget we ever had problems."

"I have been a customer of Richard Buck’s State Farm Agency since 2013 when I moved to Amherst County. I moved back to Virginia’s Eastern Shore just one year later...but, guess what? I was so impressed with the personal service I received from Richard and his staff that I have kept them all these years! That's right, you heard it...they are clear across the state, but they have continued to serve me so well that I don't want to switch to a local state farm agency! Apparently, you can become a customer/stay a customer if you move. This is a wonderful firm that treats me as if I still live right in their community."
